If you believe one of our products is defective, please allow us the courtesy to troubleshoot the issue before sending you a replacement. We do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns, unless there are extenuating circumstances. All returns must be returned at the cost of the customer. The Pride Store does not offer return shipping services.
